Dispatch Services

Full service hotshot dispatch for owner operators and small fleets with their own authority.

What We Do for You

  • Load sourcing. We work the load boards and our own broker contacts for freight that fits your trailer, your payload, and the lanes you want.
  • Rate negotiation. We push for the rate, and we get tarp pay, detention, layover, and TONU in writing before you roll.
  • Broker setup. Carrier packets and COI requests. Handled.
  • Broker vetting. We check credit and days to pay before we book, so you are not hauling for somebody who does not pay.
  • Paperwork. Rate confirmations, check calls, BOL and POD collection, and invoicing sent to the broker or your factoring company.
  • Reload planning. We are looking for your next load before you deliver the one you are on.

New authority? There is a separate program for you. Three months under our authority on a lease, then 10 percent on your own for the rest of the year. See New Authority Dispatch.

Our Driver Standard

Brokers and shippers now carry the liability for the carrier they pick. The Supreme Court’s 2026 Montgomery v. Caribe Transport decision put negligent hiring claims on brokers. English proficiency has been a roadside out-of-service violation since June 2025, with more than 19,000 drivers put out of service on it in the first nine months. The non-domiciled CDL rule that took effect March 16, 2026 is removing most of the 194,000 licenses it covers. When something goes wrong, the question is who you booked and why.

Every truck we run and every truck we dispatch meets the same standard, and it is the standard a compliance desk can verify.

  • Fluent, professional English on every call and at every dock, with shippers, receivers, and roadside officers. Every driver is English proficient under 49 CFR 391.11(b)(2).
  • A regular U.S. domestic driver license. No non-domiciled CDLs anywhere in the fleet.
  • A verified history with hauling: strapping and chaining a flatbed load, securement checks, and the habit of sending pickup and delivery photos.
  • A record of maintaining timelines. Appointments made, check calls answered, reloads planned before the first load delivers.
  • Following directions. Rate confirmation read, shipper and receiver instructions followed, dispatch kept informed.
  • Clean inspection history. No driver has ever been placed out of service. Annual inspections current on every truck and trailer.
  • Military veterans and retired fire service, people who spent careers where the paperwork had to be right and the job had to get done on time.

We cost more than the posted rate because you are paying for a load that gets there, a driver who passes the inspection, and a carrier file that protects you. Everything above is on SAFER and in our packet. Hand it to your underwriter.

How It Works

  1. Email us. Tell us about your truck, your trailer, and where you want to run.
  2. Send your authority, insurance, W-9, and equipment details. We set you up with brokers.
  3. We bring you loads. You approve every one. No forced dispatch, ever.
  4. You haul it and send pics and the signed BOL. We handle the paperwork and start on your reload.

What We Charge

10 percent, only on loads we book, and only after you get paid. We find the load, negotiate the rate, set up the broker, and handle the rate confirmation, the check calls, and the paperwork. You drive and send pictures. Loads you find yourself carry no fee. Read the full dispatch agreement.

Factoring is not included. Factoring fees are separate and they are yours.

No hidden fees, no sign up fee, and no forced dispatch. You approve every load before it is booked.

What a $5,000 Week Actually Looks Like

Every carrier in the country advertises a big gross number. Nobody shows you what is left. Here is a real week at $5,000 gross, with our 10 percent.

  • Gross: $5,000
  • Our 10 percent: $500. That is dispatch, broker setup, and paperwork. Factoring is not included and comes out separately.
  • Fuel: figure $900 to $1,300 depending on your miles, your truck, and what diesel is doing.
  • Insurance: $350 to $500 a week. Your driving record and your age set that number, not us.
  • Truck and trailer payment: whatever yours is. Most guys are $300 to $600 a week between the two.
  • Maintenance and breakdown money: put back 10 percent, $500, every week. Tires, brakes, a wheel bearing, a transmission. It is not if.

That leaves roughly $1,700 to $2,500 in your pocket on a $5,000 week, before your own taxes. Some weeks are better. Some weeks the truck eats one. Anybody telling you different is selling you something.

Run two or three $5,000 weeks in a row without touching the maintenance money and you will understand why we make you put it back.

What You Get That Does Not Show Up on a Settlement

We are a small outfit and we act like it. The guys running under this authority know each other, talk to each other, and help each other. We get together and do our own preventive maintenance on the trucks and trailers. Brakes, bearings, lights, tires, greasing. It saves everybody money and it keeps the equipment right.

And this one is not a slogan. We do not leave a load sitting, and we do not leave one of our drivers sitting on the side of the road. If you break down, somebody is coming. If the load has to move, we move it.

Rates and Terms

Everything above is what it costs. What is left is a conversation about your truck, your lanes, and how you want to run. Email us and we will walk through it.
