Hotshot Sign On for Owner Operators
Sign on with a hotshot carrier that keeps you running. CDL and non-CDL both welcome.
Sign On and Start Hauling
Signing on with SoReel Outdoors LLC means you lease your truck and trailer on and run under our authority, our MC and USDOT numbers, and our insurance, with Reel Time Dispatch booking your freight. We take on both CDL and non-CDL drivers and keep both running consistently.
We Do Not Sign On Just Anyone
Our brokers book us because our drivers pass the inspection and make the appointment. That record is the whole business, and every driver who runs under our authority carries it. Before we put our DOT number on your truck, you meet this standard.
- Fluent, professional English on every call and at every dock, with shippers, receivers, and roadside officers. Every driver is English proficient under 49 CFR 391.11(b)(2).
- A regular U.S. domestic driver license. No non-domiciled CDLs anywhere in the fleet.
- A verified history with hauling: strapping and chaining a flatbed load, securement checks, and the habit of sending pickup and delivery photos.
- A record of maintaining timelines. Appointments made, check calls answered, reloads planned before the first load delivers.
- Following directions. Rate confirmation read, shipper and receiver instructions followed, dispatch kept informed.
- Clean inspection history. No driver has ever been placed out of service. Annual inspections current on every truck and trailer.
- Military veterans and retired fire service, people who spent careers where the paperwork had to be right and the job had to get done on time.
If that describes you, keep reading. If it does not, we are not the right fit, and that is no insult.
