I Have My Own Authority
Sign up for Reel Time Dispatching. Tell us about your authority, insurance, equipment, and lanes. Hotshot dispatch sign up takes about five minutes.
Dispatch Paperwork
Our dispatch agreement is written for the carrier. You approve every load before it is booked. We are listed as your dispatch contact with the brokers we set you up with, and your name and number stay on file as the owner. We never touch your banking, remittance, or factoring. Our fee is due only after you get paid on the load. You can end it any time with an email.
Want us to handle broker setups, certificates of insurance, and rate cons on loads you approve? Add the Limited Power of Attorney. It covers setup packets, COI requests, and approved rate cons only, nothing else, and you can revoke it with one email.
Fill them in on your computer or print and sign. Email the signed forms with your MC authority letter, COI, W-9, driver license, a photo of the VIN plate on the truck and on the trailer, a photo of the truck and trailer showing your DOT number, and a photo of all your securement gear laid out on the trailer to dispatch@soreeloutdoors.com.
I Want to Lease On
Apply to run under SoReel Outdoors authority with dispatch included. CDL and non-CDL both welcome, and every driver meets our standard: fluent English, a domestic license, and a verified history with hauling, strapping, timelines, and following directions. Your percentage is set by your experience, your equipment, and how much dispatching you need. Download the lease to read it or fill it in. Driver onboarding starts the day we get your application.
