Hotshot flatbed loaded and strapped

New Authority Dispatch

Got your MC and nobody will load you? Run under our authority while yours ages, then go out on your own with the contacts to keep going.

The New Authority Problem

You paid the $300, waited out the filing, and your MC finally went active. Then you found out that active does not mean loadable. Most broker systems automatically flag any authority under 90 days. Their systems kick you into manual review, and plenty of the bigger brokerages want six months before they will even set you up.

So you sit on the load boards taking whatever is left over, at whatever rate is left over, while your truck payment comes due. That is the new authority tax, and every new MC number in the country pays it.

How We Get You Around It

One condition first. You run under our authority only if you meet our driver standard: fluent English, a regular domestic license, and a verified history with hauling, strapping and securing a load, maintaining timelines, and following directions. Our brokers book us on that record and you carry it while you are under our number.

One year contract. Two parts.

First Three Months, 20 Percent

You run under our authority while yours ages. Our MC, our insurance, our broker list. You are hauling real freight at real rates from week one instead of waiting out the clock on a load board.

  • We handle the broker setup. Carrier packets, COI requests, all of it.
  • You run the brokers we already work with, not whatever is left on the board.
  • We negotiate the rate, handle the rate confirmation, the check calls, and the invoicing.
  • No forced dispatch. You approve every load.
  • Your truck goes on our insurance and you carry your share of that cost, same as everybody else here.

Next Nine Months, 10 Percent

At three months you go out on your own authority and your own insurance. We keep dispatching you. Same broker list, same back office, half the rate.

You Graduate With Your Contacts

This is the part nobody else does. When you go out on your own you take the list with you. Not a handshake and good luck. An actual list. Every broker you hauled for while you were with us, the office, and the person who booked you.

They already know your equipment. They already know you show up and your paperwork is clean. You work them directly from there, and you are not starting over on a load board at month four.

What It Costs

  • Months 1 to 3: under our authority on a lease, dispatch included. Your percentage is set by your experience and equipment and is written into the lease.
  • Months 4 to 12: 10 percent, your authority, dispatch included.
  • Factoring is not included. Those fees are separate and they are yours.
  • Insurance: while you are under our authority you carry your share of the policy cost. On your own after month three, that is yours.
  • No sign up fee. No hidden fees. No forced dispatch.

Who This Is For

Hotshot owner operators, CDL and non-CDL. Gooseneck or bumper pull flatbed, 30 to 40 foot. You own your equipment, you carry your own straps, chains, binders, and tarps, and you answer the phone.
